ART & CULTURE
Cartier's commitments mean that the beauty of cinema, art and music can flourish.
FONDATION CARTIER POUR L’ART CONTEMPORAIN
The Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain is a forum for artistic experimentation and interaction. It is wholly committed to exhibiting and facilitating access to all forms of contemporary art. Since its creation in 1984 by Alain Dominique Perrin, who was the President of the Maison Cartier at the time, the Fondation has fostered the convergence of disciplines and their decompartmentalisation. Its collection, built up over the course of its exhibitions in France and abroad, reflects the multidisciplinary nature and breadth of the themes it explores through its programmes, echoing contemporary society and issues.
VENICE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Through Cartier's official partnership with the Mostra, the Maison has been demonstrating its sensitivity to contemporary creation and to today's film industry since 2021.
CARTIER AND MUSIC
Since 2017, as part of its eternal quest to highlight the beautiful things in life, Cartier has been exploring the world of music.
CARTIER ART DIALOGUES
Artistic and cultural dialogues are a valuable source of inspiration for Cartier and have always played an essential role in the Maison's creative processes. These conversations are born of a desire to accelerate the circulation of ideas and knowledge, through the sharing of artists’ unique perspectives and experts’ insights. They are intended to last, complementing the artistic and cultural initiatives proposed by Cartier.
